PAY SCALE OF FACULTY: The basic pay or fixation of pay for the Assistant Lecturer of the Dinajpur B.Ed College is total Rs-21600/- only and  the basic pay or fixation of pay for the Principal is total Rs-36500/- only. The basic pay or fixation of pay for the Non-Teaching Staffs is total Rs-11500/- only. The salary can increase with the increase in experience of the Teachers ,Principal & Non-Teaching Staffs  and others allowances shall be awarded as per State Government Rules time to time.
